Alex Davila is an accomplished professional with over fifteen years of experience across high-growth solid waste management organizations. His demonstrated ability to optimize organizational functions, ensure effectiveness, and integrate various key processes comes from considerable experience and personal knowledge of integrated waste management systems.
He has demonstrated expertise in the development of strategically driven solutions to optimizing recycling systems that perform at an accelerated rate while maintaining accident-free hours. From 2014 to 2020, he was the Profile Waste Program Manager for Covanta, Indianapolis, IN, where he optimized and managed the efficiency of the associated facility processes and activities of the Profile Waste Program, valued at more than $30 million.
Alex has been instrumental in recruiting, leading, and directing diverse teams to enhance development and business productivity. Key attributes include ensuring that safety, planning, and execution of any project activities are all done in compliance with ISO, and associated state, and federal regulations/ guidelines.
Alex joined MSW Consultants as a Field Operations Manager in 2022, after previously working in high-level positions for companies across the globe. In his current role, he will integrate his extensive experience, foundational skill set, and personal assets to move projects forward strategically and safely.
