Municipal Waste Management Plan | Clinton Co Recycling Drop-off Sites v2

Pennsylvania counties are required to submit a Municipal Waste Management Plan (MWMP) at 10-year intervals that document existing waste disposal and recycling programs and establish long-term waste management strategies. MSW Consultants prepared the Clinton County MWMP that was approved by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP). The Clinton County Solid Waste Authority has delegated the responsibilities for MWMP development and operates and landfill and provides comprehensive recycling services county-wide. MSW Consultants facilitated Municipal Waste Advisory Committee (MWAC) meetings, surveyed county municipalities, reviewed county ordinances, updated programmatic information, developed waste and recycling projections and created recycling strategies with input from the MWAC to be pursued over the 10-year planning period.
